The WiFi card is a Orinoco PC Card Gold and detected all of the access points in the field just fine on 4.4. The kernel source is not patched from what I can tell, and it seems this is not necessary anymore for any FreeBSD release after 4.4. I can see dstumbler jumping from channel to channel while it is scanning (I execute dstumbler simply by "dstumbler wi0"), however, the results screen stays empty. There are APs in the field that I can manually assign to and get the results just fine when running netstumbler (Windows... ahem) with the same card. Any idea what could be wrong? A change to 4.7-STABLE hasn't changed anything. Besides the bsd-airtools version that is in the ports I also tried the latest cvsup source, unfortunately to no avail. Thanks!
