Although sometimes this is a fine line, I also vote for moving them. Emulators
are (to me at least) programs that try to recreate the emulated system's
interface. All other ports that are clearly tied in to this concept,
eg. download your ZX-spectrum cassette to a PC, would also be in emulators.
The rest belongs in another category IMHO (archivers in this case).
