I get more and more reports like this.

Some people don't get IRQ's at all, some start getting them, and then
they suddenly stop being generated.

I think the problem is hardware dependent and not OS dependent and it
seems that isdn4bsd is using the HSCX and ISAC different than in bisdn
somehow somewhere.

This differences seem to really make a difference just on "special"
hardware - bisdn did run on that hardware.

But i doubt this will be cured by the SMP workaround, it just was not 
necessary for bisdn to run.

It must be something more obvious and more general, the mistake must be
so obvious and so clear that at least i don't see it.

Even worse, i can't reproduce it, all my machines run properly with i4b.
