System: FreeBSD zfsnfs.csail.mit.edu 9.0-RELEASE FreeBSD 9.0-RELEASE #3 r232145M: Sun Feb 26 20:00:10 EST 2012 wollman@zfsnfs.csail.mit.edu:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/ZFSNFS amd64

This machine has a 16-port LSI SAS controller (mps driver, backported
from 9-stable) with 96 external drives. All of these drives are
labeled for multipath, but only one path is active.

>Description:

In testing, when I pulled a disk from the shelf, the kernel panicked
with a page fault in geom_multipath. I did not think to get a
screenshot.

>How-To-Repeat:

>Fix:

Unknown. I'm willing to backport mav@'s rewritten multipath code from
head if there's some reason to believe it will help.
