You have to do it yourself.  For  starting the programs, you could put a
script  in /usr/local/etc/rc.d,  I wrote  such a  script that  I provide
enclosed to this message.  The script specifies the config files to use.

For  the config  files,  you can  browse  the web  to  find the  cryptic
documentation that describes ices and icecast:
