I have tried 4.0.99b, 4.0.99i, 4.0.99k, and 4.0.99k23. It will dial up NIST, but after that I get the following message: "Too many recvbuffs allocated (40)" It doesn't reset the time and top shows it running at 98% CPU utilization. Anybody got any clues? I'm now totally dumbfounded.
