# mkdir /win95
# vi /etc/fstab
add a line like:
/dev/wd0s1a 	/win95	msdos	rw	0	0
(Note: wd0s1a is where my dos parition lives, you will have to figure that
out for yourself ;)
# reboot

(this will make it so that your windows parition is always mounted)
-or-

you could just run
mount -t msdos /dev/wd0s1a /win95 
each time you wanted to use it.
