I've written some experimental code to read the onboard EEProm of the
STB TV PCI card.  The above is the contents of the 128x8 part.

the wincast baord has a part with 256x8 organization.

I bring this up because we eventually need to figure out what this
data means!  Among other things I suspect it is alignment data
for the TDA9850 stereo/SAP decoder chip, see page 8 of that datasheet.
