Yes, that would be very useful.  But it should also take
any includes into account.

It was very annoying to discover that INCLUDE_CONFIG_FILE
gave me only two lines for one of my kernels (those were
"options SMP" and "include MYKERNEL").  :-(
Fortunately I was able to find a copy of that included
configuration file elsewhere.  But I guess it could be
a very bad surprise for somebody else.
