I was just thinking that they might be willing to let it be
redistributed, with a license that restricts how it can be
used (assuming that were even a concern for them).  If they
have it on the web site, it's not like it's that big a leap
of logic to getting it mirrored on another web site, and from
that, on individual CDROMs.
