Patch for Makefile and pkg-plist

The patch makes it possible to disable the main applications and their
dependencies altogether. Furthermore, building of the example applications =
(and
the dependency on libevent-opensssl) is dropped since there were not mentio=
ned
in pkg-plist.=20

After all, one can use the library to build www/apache24 with HTTP2 support
without any further dependencies.
