Subject: Exabyte 8500 in low density (2GB) mode... How?

Greetings -
I've tried reading the st() and mt() man pages, but I'm not finding any
"how to" information on this.

Does anyone know how to write in low density mode (2GB) on a high density
Exabyte 8500 tape drive (5GB mode is default). In Solaris there is a
seperate device node for each density (lo, med, hi). However, in FreeBSD
I am under the impression that I have to send an IOCTL to the driver
with an external command, but what?

Any help would be appreciated.
Regards,
- Mike
