The alleged breakage appears to be non-fatal e.g.,
https://pkg-status.freebsd.org/beefy16/data/131amd64-default/9d6358b286b5/logs/py39-sphinx-5.3.0,1.log
https://pkg-status.freebsd.org/beefy16/data/131amd64-default/99aea2c7cc90/logs/py39-breathe-4.34.0.log

exp-runs are usually done without "bulk -t" (DEVELOPER_MODE=yes in logs),
so the errors wouldn't be visible. Besides, existing noise in
https://pkg-status.freebsd.org/?all=1&type=qat (not forwarded to maintainers)
may hide some new failures from exp-run for D34739.
