Should we rename -hackers to something else because obviously 
people are still not getting it.

Now, Terry , I know that you are smart so try to redirect to -chat.

Let me put it another way people who are genuinely interested in helping
with technical matters with time are just simply going to ignore -hackers
due to the extreme noise ratio in this mailing list.
