We're usually pretty good about responding. However, if you feel that the problem is a bug, please do submit a PR for tracking. This issue might not be a bug. I recently started compiling Evo with LDAP support, and found it worked quite well. Make sure you build Evo like make -DWITH_LDAP and that you have OpenLDAP 2.x installed.
