Did you even look @ the handbook?

Basically:
script /var/log/namethislogfileforreference
cvsup stable-supfile
make buildworld
make buildkernel
make installkernel
make installworld
exit (stops the script)
reboot
mergemaster

mail relevant portions to this group if you encounter any errors.
