textproc/libutf8proc has only one depend port (netsurf). So it is logical we
change something with this
port.=20
It has no maintainer.
So if we (or I) change something, maybe we had also change something in
www/netsurf.

I have tried to change the path for libutf8proc.so* to /usr/local/share. But
found no way in the moment that netsurf find the library. It uses the "wron=
g"
the libutfproc. I will look further if I find a
way. If you have any suggestion, please tell me.
