Its about the new optional parameter handling introduced in PHP 8. If you get errors like this, you really should check, if your software is compatible to PHP 8.0. Because standard conform software should not throw such errors. There is a long list of backwards incompatible changes: https://www.php.net/manual/en/migration80.incompatible.php Best, Torsten
