I did on all boxes and on all boxes I did the > tab-stickyness is present. Firefox 24 allows tab moves for me on both 9-stable and 10-stable. The pixman update missed some files for me, resolved by using pkg_libchk (from sysutils/bsdadminscripts) to find the ports that needed rebuilding and then rebuilding them.
