https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D196678 --- Comment #82 from Vladimir Kondratyev <wulf@freebsd.org> --- (In reply to Jean-S=C3=A9bastien P=C3=A9dron from comment #80) > Anything left preventing this? I have been running this since first CFT: https://lists.freebsd.org/pipermail/freebsd-x11/2017-March/019100.html It had 2 problems known to me these days: 1. Interference with vt (PR/220562) 2. It attached both legacy and evdev drivers to input devices if kernel was compiled with EVDEV_SUPPORT enabled. Hopefully, both of them are fixed now. I never tried modesetting driver and GLAMOR which are claimed to be a major= =20 improvement of 1.19 version. > what about enabling EVDEV in HEAD's GENERIC kernel It can not be enabled by default just now as EVDEV is not reenterable on breaking to DDB. I have patches addressing this so if someone is willing to enable EVDEV in HEAD's GENERIC they can be reviewed/commited. --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.=
