If you want to know about _everything_ which gets fixed, subscribe to
the "cvs-all" mailing list.  Then you get an email every time something
is committed to the CVS repository, but be warned, that's quite a lot of
mail.  The RELNOTES I mentioned in my previous mail to you describes the
"important" fixes, but cvs-all lets you know about everything.
