FreeBSD oleg.net.nevosoft.ru 8.0-CURRENT FreeBSD 8.0-CURRENT #1 r191101M: Wed Apr 15 13:00:20 MSD 2009 root@oleg.net.nevosoft.ru:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/o20090103 i386
>Description:
Two ports, archivers/deco and misc deco produced one binary file in /usr/local/bin location.

theoretically that problem by "archivers-deco", who was made after misc-deco:

grep "Date create" /usr/ports/{archivers,misc}/deco/Makefile
/usr/ports/archivers/deco/Makefile:# Date created: 06 May 2008
/usr/ports/misc/deco/Makefile:# Date created: 16 Dec 1997

But as whole, IMHO this problem in design, so at given time no warranty that such problem no appear in the future or already exist with currents ports.
