Content-Type: text/plain Date: Fri, 04 Sep 1998 16:39:32 PDT Sender: owner-freebsd-questions@FreeBSD.ORG Precedence: bulk X-Loop: FreeBSD.ORG one of the things i found out was to delete all of the wrong config stuff by doing a pnp 1 0 delete and then doing a pnp 1 0 bios enable this uses your bios settings for your card and enables it, also you have to link your sound devices to the correct LDN number by doing a ./MAKEDEV snd1 in your /dev directory and then link the /dev/audio to /dev/audio1 and /dev/mixer to /dev/mixer1 and so on. i am using a SB pnp awe 32 if that helps.
