Hi thanks folks for the reply! > The list https://wiki.freebsd.org/Laptops contains one T61 and says Suspend / Resume is working, but it has some notes about things that interfer with it (https://wiki.freebsd.org/Laptops/Thinkpad_T61). Thanks for finding it! Yyes I went through that wiki page, even followed some of the instructions regarding display driver, still no luck. > Also note that some BIOSes have a setting that is something like "Repost video on S3 resume", you could check for that, too. Just checked really carefully - couldn't find such an option in the BIOS :) At this moment, I doubt that if there's a regression in the video driver (drm-kmod). So I either need to revert back to an older one, or use a newer one. I want to try drm-devel-kmod (for no particular reason), however it's only available for -CURRENT. But I'm on 13.1 RELEASE. Is there a way I can get install/build drm-devel-kmod without switching to -CURRENT?
