Regarding the performance: I would suggest that you open a new bug regarding
unexpected performance results on the BBR stack. Please note that the BBR s=
tack
is experimental and has not been tested in a VM environment.

Right now I have no idea if the is a problem in the BBR stack or in the hyp=
erv
driver, but I would like to get some insights... I'm also not sure what the
difference is between the measurement in comment #39 and comment #40.
