Because if I were to put changelog link to every update commit I
do, _I_ would need to search for it every time, for every port updated,
and my maintainer time is precious. Besides, portstree change log is
not an aggregator for upstream changelogs or other information not
strictly related to the changes made by the commit, and should not
be used in such a way.
