I'm getting the following messages in /var/log/messages on my system,
I'm running
FreeBSD 2.2.6-RELEASE on a Tyan Titan 1571S Motherboard w/AMD K6-200
onboard.
I have a 3COM 3C509B-TP ISA card installed and it's connected to a
Motorola cable modem.

I'm not sure what's wrong or how I should properly configure things, I
have isc-dhcp2
installed and am using the dhclient program to configure my internet
connection.
