The entire English web site is rebuilt once a day.  The times that the
build is done are listed at:
http://www.freebsd.org/internal/about.html

I update my CVS mirror at home from cvsup.de.freebsd.org once a day.
The errors you're seeing might be because you're using a CVSup server
that has stopped updating its mirrored files or lags behind the HEAD
revision too much.
