I mis-atttributed the cause of the address that the PowerMac G5 so-called
"Quad Core" showed for the bootstrapped binutils context this report was
about. That lead to other bad inferences.

It turns out that bugzilla 215819's issue controls the behavior of this
as well.

So I'm closing this one as a poorly attributed report that is actually
a duplicate of 215819 technically.
