Core ruled a while ago that the imp> 4->5/HEAD stuff that ru@ is doing is OK. I've just understand why WORLDDIR variable is there, to enable 5-current "make release" on 4-stable box in a safe way. Since core agrees, and it does work before this change is being introduced, I think there's no reason to keep it. It seems that nobody make some comments while src/release/Makefile rev 1.792 was commited. I believe that ru@ did very well in this area, I do not want ru to interrupt his work. I've also talked with nyan-san on IRC, and agreed that my last patch is required to commit. Anyway, I'd like to commit 'Run /etc/rc.d/ldconfig or directly run ldconfig(8)' change to HEAD.
