*Blush* I missed the 'call reference' thingy completely....

Nothing to loose anymore, so another stupid question ;-)

    the call-reference/TEI combination is unique, _only_ the
    combination, right?

Directly connected AFAIK. There are no leading 0's to dial, and the real
numbers show up at my end at home.
