Looking at the attached "pkg info" output, your installation's missing
`textproc/py-libxml2' package (py36-libxml2) while it's specified as itstoo=
l's
build and run-time dependency.  Could you have accidentally deleted it?  In=
 any
case, reinstallation of `textproc/itstool' port should fix this.  According=
 to
the package status information at
https://www.freshports.org/sysutils/mate-system-monitor it builds and packa=
ges
just fine.
