Good question.  I'll need more information for that, like I ask for in
the man page or on the web site.

This looks like an overflow problem.  The difference is exactly 2 TB,
or 2**32 sectors.

At this stage, unfortunately, I don't have a solution for you.  I'm
hoping to return to this sort of issue in a week or two.  Prod me
again then if you don't hear anything.
