i'm running 2.2.5 with a CONNER CTT8000 tape backup unit.  everything worked
fine until last night.

now when i run mt -f i get this:

/usr/local/etc/rc.d>mt -f /dev/nrst0 rewind
st0: not ready
mt: /dev/nrst0: Input/output error

and i get this error on the console

ST0(ahc0:4:0): MEDIUM ERROR asc:31,0 Medium format corrupted

please advise!
