Hello, I've encountered a problem on ~> freebsd-version 10.3-RELEASE-p7 It's funny, that it occurred after I migrated to a SSD, after reinstalling the system. So, it worked in the same release on HDD. Huh. When I try to use any opengl-related programs they crash instantly, for example: ~> glxgears Running synchronized to the vertical refresh. The framerate should be approximately the same as the monitor refresh rate. fish: 'glxgears' terminated by signal SIGSEGV (Address boundary error) In wine 3D applications fail with: intel_do_flush_locked failed: Input/output error Also firefox occasionally crashes (on some pages, due to opengl or some special media content) and mpv crashes after playing some amount of time (time changes randomly, didn't find any connection). It looks like a known bug in the linux world, but I didn't manage to find any useful advice for FreeBSD. What can I do? I can provide any additional information, on request. ~> kldstat Id Refs Address Size Name 1 66 0xffffffff80200000 17bc718 kernel 2 1 0xffffffff819bd000 2fc440 zfs.ko 3 2 0xffffffff81cba000 6040 opensolaris.ko 4 1 0xffffffff81cc1000 215a8 geom_eli.ko 5 3 0xffffffff81ce3000 352d0 crypto.ko 6 1 0xffffffff81d19000 9af10 linux.ko 7 2 0xffffffff81db4000 c128 linux_common.ko 8 1 0xffffffff81dc2000 5a30 aesni.ko 9 1 0xffffffff81dc9000 eb00 autofs.ko 10 1 0xffffffff81dd8000 7a30 acpi_ibm.ko 11 1 0xffffffff82021000 4e83 ng_ubt.ko 12 5 0xffffffff82026000 ba02 netgraph.ko 13 1 0xffffffff82032000 93a0 ng_hci.ko 14 3 0xffffffff8203c000 1076 ng_bluetooth.ko 15 1 0xffffffff8203e000 c32e ng_l2cap.ko 16 1 0xffffffff8204b000 1a6f3 ng_btsocket.ko 17 1 0xffffffff82066000 3831 ng_socket.ko 18 1 0xffffffff8206a000 32d6a pf.ko 19 1 0xffffffff8209d000 7874d i915kms.ko 20 1 0xffffffff82116000 5232a drm2.ko 21 4 0xffffffff82169000 2404 iicbus.ko 22 1 0xffffffff8216c000 1c5e iic.ko 23 1 0xffffffff8216e000 1e2b iicbb.ko ~> uname -iKmoprsUv FreeBSD 10.3-RELEASE-p7 FreeBSD 10.3-RELEASE-p7 #0: Thu Aug 11 18:38:15 UTC 2016 root@amd64-builder.daemonology.net:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/GENERIC amd64 amd64 GENERIC 1003000 1003000 ~> pciconf -lv hostb0@pci0:0:0:0: class=0x060000 card=0x20e017aa chip=0x2a408086 rev=0x07 hdr=0x00 vendor = 'Intel Corporation' device = 'Mobile 4 Series Chipset Memory Controller Hub' class = bridge subclass = HOST-PCI vgapci0@pci0:0:2:0: class=0x030000 card=0x20e417aa chip=0x2a428086 rev=0x07 hdr=0x00 vendor = 'Intel Corporation' device = 'Mobile 4 Series Chipset Integrated Graphics Controller' class = display subclass = VGA vgapci1@pci0:0:2:1: class=0x038000 card=0x20e417aa chip=0x2a438086 rev=0x07 hdr=0x00 vendor = 'Intel Corporation' device = 'Mobile 4 Series Chipset Integrated Graphics Controller' class = display -- Cheers~ PGP key fingerprint: 07B3 2177 3E27 BF41 DC65 CC95 BDA8 88F1 E9F9 CEEF You can retrieve my public key at pgp.mit.edu.
