>Description:
	I just installed portupgrade and friends via portupgrade and upgrades now seem to failing
	on incomplete deinstalls.

	---> Backing up the old version
	--->  Uninstalling the old version
	--->  Deinstalling 'libtool-1.5.6'
	** Listing the failed packages (*:skipped / !:failed)
			  ! libtool-1.5.6 (undefined method `each' for nil:NilClass)
			  --->  Packages processed: 0 done, 0 ignored, 0 skipped and 1 failed

>How-To-Repeat:
	just running portupgrade -arp seems to repro it reliably
>Fix:

	No idea how to fix. I did a 'make deinstall reinstall' in one
	affected port's directory and that seemed to serve as a workaround.
