  Log:
  Removed startup code for pcnfsd and apache. These don't even exist
  in FreeBSD and should never have got in here.
  
  Removed hard-coded /etc/rc.local.d hacks and implemented a more flexible
  solution.
  
  Added a local configuration area to sysconfig.
