There is a -63 instead of a 0 in the Offset column. There is no sector with a starting address of -63. Installing 2.2.5 release from CDROM onto second IDE drive which is a Seagate Medalist 1277 (st31277a) 1.2gb which resides on a PC with 16mb RAM.
