Using a Netgear/Dlink (at his home) he says it never gets an IP, we have isc-dhcp both as a actual server and on a pfsense testing network here and it takes it a minute+ to get an IP. He of course can not wait that long.. Any ideas? Its running gnome2 from ports - not packages.. and the snd_hda from binary.. as well as nvidia driver compiled from ports. dmesg -a below: Copyright (c) 1992-2007 The FreeBSD Project.
