What I did was simply to just uncomment the sftp subsystem line out of /etc/ssh/sshd_config. However, when I try to connect with an sftp client (I'm using one from ssh.com right now), I get prompted for my password, but then it says it can't connect. Normal SSH and SSH2 connections are fine.
