Well, I am rather confused as to why you have www.madstarpromotions.com.teenplacement.com, but that is your perogative. If teenplacement.com works and madstarpromotions.com doesn't, I think your problem is with madstarpromotions.com. Looks like you need to redo the configuration for madstarpromotions.com.
