If the error says "WARNING: HOST IDENTIFICATION HAS CHANGED! IT IS POSSIBLE THAT SOMEONE IS DOING SOMETHING NASTY!", then the key information for the machines has gotten mixed up. It is best to remove the keys for the affected hosts from your hosts list. If that is not the error, please reply with what the error is.
