Since them ipfw and keep-state has had a lot of changes. You should install stable 4.9 to get up to date. Ipfw also has been rewritten in 5.2 as ipfw2 but I would not recommend going to 5.2 as the questions list has been full of 5.2 problems. Second you should post your rule set so people can see what you are doing.
