Hey, in the interest of PC, let's VOTE on it.  I vote with Timothy. 
I'm subscribed, and I think it's only fair, and WOULD restrict SPAMMERS
(who are just above LAWYERS on the food chain).
Unix systems measure "uptime" in years, Winblows measures it in minutes.
