In March 1995 issue of Open Systems Review (Asia/Pacific), under the column "auug", titled " UNIX: Live free or die!", various freeware UNIX-like OS are mentioned. Here is an extract with merit and credibility : " .... With the recent release of FreeBSD 2.0, a system was available that was easier and faster to install than many commercial systems, and came with compilers, networking, utilities and complete source code to boot!..." Well done folks!
