--69pVuxX8awAiJ7fD Content-Type: multipart/mixed; boundary="i9LlY+UWpKt15+FH" Content-Disposition: inline --i9LlY+UWpKt15+FH Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Content-Disposition: inline Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable I had installed jEdit from the ports collection (editors/jedit - PORTVERSION 4.1.0 with Makefile at version 1.20) on a machine running 5.1-RELEASE with the Sun JDK 1.3 port installed and "natively bootstrapped" and XFree86 4.3.0 built from ports. When I run jEdit either as a regular user or as root, the process core dumps with attached error messages. Has anyone else experienced this problem under 5.1-RELEASE or is it some problem with the environment that I'm running it under? I don't have another machine available to try it on at the moment, but I was able to get jEdit working fine in the same scenario, but running 4.8-RELEASE instead of 5.1-RELEASE. I've included some additional and possibly relevant information from the workstation that it fails on. uname -a: FreeBSD beastie.internal.bnj.com 5.1-RELEASE FreeBSD 5.1-RELEASE #0: Tue Ju= n 10
