I managed to get my printer running with lpd but there is one small problem
left.
When printing from Kword the top part of the first line is not printed
properly. So the top of the letters is missing.
Also of my testpage, testpage-a4.ps the top part is missing.
I miss the horizontal line wich should be at 1 cm (3/8 inch) from the top,
and the vertical lines only start at 18 mm (11/16 inch) from the top.

I have a HP DeskJet 710C and use pnm2ppa.

Setting the topmargin, in pcm2ppa.conf to zero helped a bit, but not enough.
The printer is able to do it as, before I centered the page properly, it
printed letters much higher. Also with the top part missing.

There seem to be something to not to print the top part of the printable area.

Hope someone can help me.
