  Qmail-provided rc scripts assume being called with '&'.  /etc/rc
  doesn't do that (this is what I get for testing it but not using it).
  
  Emergency patch to make at least the default case work for 227 release,
  but this really must have a better solution for the 10 other sample
  bootfiles...
