 your problem is cleary the libthr.so loading
 
 I've shortly tested it on 9.2-RELEASE and I get:
 
 Reading symbols from /lib/libthr.so.3...(no debugging symbols found)...done.
 [New Thread 802807400 (LWP 101712)]
 Loaded symbols for /lib/libthr.so.3
 
 during the attach phase.
 You've got:
 
 Reading symbols from /lib/libthr.so.3...(no debugging symbols found)...done.
 Error while reading shared library symbols for /lib/libthr.so.3:
 Cannot get thread info: invalid key
 
 If you compile without THREADS, the native thread support is disabled.
 You could try to rebuild php-fpm relinking the current libthr.so.
