Better idea, let's just remove the headers altogether. I'm pretty
confident that only a tiny minority of current ports committers even
know what they used to be for, and they haven't served an actual
purpose for over a decade.

The information from the header should be in the initial commit
message, so it's not like we're going to lose it.
